With 40 years of real estate experience and every professional designation the industry offers, Kathy isn't just the most knowledgeable person in the room. She's the reason this team exists and the reason it operates the way it does, with honesty, heart, and an unwavering commitment to the people it serves.

A lifelong Wilsonian who chose real estate straight out of college, Kathy went on to become a licensed instructor in the '90s, shaping the next generation of agents before building a team that reflects everything she believes real estate should be. Ten years in, that team includes her son Scott as co-owner; proof that the values she built her career on run deep.

When she's not guiding clients or mentoring her team, you might find her recharging at Pine Knoll Shores with her 4 lb. Yorkie, Riley, close by her side.
